Who we are

VIP Hosting (Pvt) Ltd is an event planning, design, and production studio based in Harare, Zimbabwe, working with clients worldwide. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@viphosting.design.

Information we collect

When you submit a concierge enquiry, we collect the contact and event details you provide, such as your name, email address, event type, preferred date, and project notes.

The wedding questionnaire may also collect telephone numbers, budget information, venue and schedule details, guest counts, ceremony plans, design preferences, inspiration links, and any other information you choose to share.

Our hosting and font providers may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, and access time. The website does not currently add optional advertising or analytics cookies through its own code.

How we use information

We use submitted information to:

• respond to enquiries and communicate with prospective clients;
• assess requirements and prepare suitable service recommendations;
• plan and administer services where a client relationship follows; and
• protect the website and forms from misuse.

Service providers and international processing

Form submissions are processed through our website hosting and customer relationship management service providers. These providers process information for VIP Hosting under their own security and privacy obligations. Information may be processed or stored outside Zimbabwe or the country from which it was submitted. VIP Hosting does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage a client relationship, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, although no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
